　　Dexian is hiring a Product Owner for an FTE role who must be strong indocumentation, user stories, working with the dev team in agile (2-weeksprints), and healthcare IT.LOCATION: Denver, Colorado, If incase professional is outside of CO andin the USA, exceptionally robust can work remotely in the MST time zone.What you will do:* Work with internal and external customers to analyze their needs and alignthe product roadmap to strategic goals.* Effectively distill high-level initiatives into prioritized productincrements, balancing the trade-offs between quality, scope, and time.* Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories)that guide the Agile software development team.* Run final testing and acceptance of the user stories supporting thefeatures.* Draft key objectives results, and strategies and apply the data for theproduct to make business decisions.* Integrate competitive intelligence, results from customer focus groups andpilot studies, as well as feedback from support, education, centralmanagement, marketing, and sales into product designs.* Enforce standards, documentation practices, principles, and governanceto keep the product platform in compliance with quality and regulatoryrequirem* Serve as a product subject matter expert and bridge between the Product andthe Support, Implementation, Development, Education, Sales, andMarketing teams.* Conduct market research and build competitive analysis.* Challenge the organization to be data-driven and quality-focused; leveragedata to help drive decisions, have a mindset focused on continuous processimprovement, and champion hypothesis setting, split testing, andrigorous analySkills and Requirements:* 3+ years of product owner experience in an Agile environment.* IT healthcare domain knowledge/experience will be preferable.* Demonstrated experience and knowledge working with Atlassian tools such asJIRA and Confluence, as well as collaboration tools like Miro, Figma,Google Suite, etc* Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal).* Proficiency in baseline analytics concepts - given some time, you can askthe right questions and pull and analyze data to answer them.* A growth mindset and a bias towards action/deliverables.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions withover 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
