　　The Developer Marketing team is seeking an individual who is passionate about building and marketing innovative Extended Reality (XR) enterprise solutions that inspire new developers to discover and engage with Snapdragon XR technologies.

　　Qualcomm Developer Marketing's goal is to win the hearts and minds of developers around the world by providing the right technical education, tools, resources and inspiration to enable developer success and innovation.

　　This position will join a team responsible for the product marketing of hardware and software experiences in AR/VR/MR, and will work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Influence product strategy and roadmap with an understanding of market insights, developer, and business objectives.

　　Lead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy for product launches to grow and engage the XR developer audience, working cross-functionally to deliver a plan that is grounded in the developer journey framework, user insights, business goals, and market dynamics.

　　Partner with Product team and broader marketing teams to execute successful product marketing communications and go to market plans around key technologies.

　　Provide thought leadership to influence decisions and tradeoffs related to short and long term XR product strategy.

　　Balance of creative and analytic thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework.

　　Reporting on performance to stakeholders and Qualcomm leadership team.

　　This position will be based in San Diego, CA.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.

　　OR

　　Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.

　　OR

　　High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　7+ years of product marketing or strategy experience with content/software, and a demonstrated interest in technology.

　　Experience using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy

　　Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment across functions (e.g., creative teams, legal, marketing, partnerships, BU).

　　Experience creating go-to-market assets including: developer persona, positioning, value proposition, solution briefs, campaigns, events, web copies, blogs, etc. and success metrics.

　　Interest and understanding of Virtual, Augmented and Mixed reality

　　MBA

　　Familiarity with Workfront, Figma, Marketo

　　$121,000.00 - $182,000.00

　　The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
