  Job Title: Product Marketing Coordinator

  Location: Virtual, USA

  Summary:

  We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Product Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the strategic execution of our go-to-market strategy as well as the promotion of our industry-leading digital banking solutions. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating compelling messaging and implementing go-to-market initiatives to drive brand awareness and product education in the market.

  Job Duties

  Manage development, implementation, and delivery of the company’s product education programs and sales enablement tools such as whitepapers, webinars, etc.

  Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to help inform marketing strategies and project plans

  Project manage end-to-end market initiatives, including project plans, resource allocation, cross-functional team coordination, and KPI readouts

  Utilize data to evaluate the performance of various marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.

  Work closely with design and content teams to create marketing collateral, including product guides, presentations, and promotional materials

  Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in projects

  Provide regular updates on project status, ensuring clear communication and alignment with overall business objectives

  Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

  3-5 years experience, preferably in a B2B marketing role (Financial Services experience a plus)

  Good understanding of various marketing channels including digital, social, as well as traditional methods

  Proven experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives with a keen emphasis on meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality results

  Experience working with and communicating with senior and executive-level leadership

  Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights

  Excellent written and oral communication skills required
