Develop, design, configure and roll out new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions.Design, develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules, including Discovery, service Mapping Event management and configuration Management.Provide software configuration and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations.Create integrations and process automation using API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.Work on ServiceNow Development concepts, ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies.Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods.Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures related to ITOM Discovery processes.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.Requirements

　　Bachelor - Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (will accept foreign education equivalent)5 years experience NOTE: Work Location - various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.
