Imagine you are a Product Manager who manages global products that enable Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives impacting millions of our Fulfillment Customers.
Central Ops WWBMS provides strategic level targets, business insights, proposed courses of action, and targeted auditing for Global Customer Fulfillment to enable operational leadership and associated support teams to close gaps to operational performance.
As a Product Manager for Central Ops WWBMS, you will be responsible for assessing the efficacy and gaps of the existing L&D dashboards and products, developing the vision for L&D Operations Dashboards, and creating a prioritized roadmap to deliver value for global teams. You will work closely with Learning, UX, Engineering, and Program teams. The product manager will be trusted to operate independently, identifying priorities, and risks and driving the product roadmap. You will understand and help influence the strategy for complementary products and programs and drive your product by making data-driven decisions and passionately advocating for our end user customers. You will have the ability to deliver results while looking around corners and benchmarking against the industry.
This role also has opportunities to work on other product initiatives in Central Ops WWMBS.
This position can be based Bellevue, WA, Seattle, WA, Austin, TX, Arlington, VA or San Francisco, CA.
• Developing and executing on the long-term product vision, impact, and prioritization
• Developing PRFAQs, MLPs, and User Stories that support both decision making and engineering team needs
• Owning launch of products and feature sets
• Developing strong internal relationships with key internal stakeholders and drive cross-team and cross-org alignment
• Contributing to Op1, QBRs, MBRs and other mechanisms to report progress updates
• Creating audit mechanisms to track product efficacy and adoption
• Creating product artifacts to disseminate and gain alignment across the Central Ops organization
Basic qualifications
• BS or BA degree
• 3+ years of experience managing products or programs or major features within a product
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong bias towards data-based decision making
• Excellent communication skills; proven ability to gain support for products and ideas through writing and succinct verbal communication.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience with learning management or education products.
• Expertise with agile and SCRUM methodologies
• Worked at startups or a top consulting firm

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $93,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market.
