  Job Description

  The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, sales and professional services to ensure the successful development, launch and deployment of high-quality software products.

  Responsibilities

  Product Strategy:

  Develop and maintain the CMX product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the overall business objectives.

  Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

  Collaborate amongst the Product Mgmt team to reconcile priorities and deliver clear and force ranked priorities for Product Owners and Engineering teams to execute against

  Requirements Definition:

  Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.

  Clearly define and communicate product requirements, specifications, and user stories.

  Development and Release:

  Collaborate with development teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

  Ensure timely and high-quality product releases, coordinating with UX, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Documentation and other relevant teams.

  Engage with customers during co-development projects as well as product deployments

  Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with design, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified and successful product launch.

  Foster effective communication and collaboration between different departments.

  Product Performance Analysis:

  Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.

  Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product.

  Stakeholder Management:

  Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

  Address and prioritize feedback from various sources to enhance the product.

  Risk Management:

  Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact the product development or release schedule.

  Requirements   

  Proven experience in product management, specifically in Healthcare IT and preferably in Rev Cycle

  Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  Leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  Beneficial Experience

  Experience with HL7 and FHIR APIs

  Experience with the Healthcare Revenue Cycle 

  Scrum Product Owner certification or equivalent credentials

  Experience with EHRs

  Experience with prototyping and wireframing software (i.e., Figma, Balsamiq, Visio)

  Cloud Based, SaaS Experience

  Experience with delivering software in a microservices architecture

  Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments

  Location : Boston, MA/Remote - Hybrid

   

  Job Type : regular, full-time

  Salary: $170,000
