About the role: Supports commercial capital strategies on FARAPULSE and Mapping systems.Leads commercial projects critical for launch.Manages and proposes business solutions to meet and exceed commercial goals.Leverages exceptional marketing and strategic planning skills to define solutions.The product manager provides leadership and recommends the resources and guidance essential to meet plan. This position is based out of our Arden Hills, MN location with a hybrid work mode. Your responsibilities will include: Use classic marketing capabilities to further business objectives, such as market understanding, market segmentation, customer targeting, product positioning and message development. Supports innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs and tools to create value and support the needs of the Sales Team. Evaluates promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed. Analyzes franchise sales trends and performs customer segmentation to drive strategic and tactical decision making - synthesizes into dashboards Execution of strategies to maximize the profitability of product lines by collaborating with assigned staff, conducting market research and performing financial analyses. Supports and leads execution of comprehensive competitive response plans. Serve as the subject matter expert for capital. Spends time in the field to gain market and clinical insights, as well as build relationships with key physicians. Assists on forecasts for supply chain as well as overall revenue planning. Supports training plans and tactics that will impact perception and adoption of capital solutions globally.
