About Packer - 2nd shift

  Eaton’s ES AMER PCS PCD division is currently seeking a Packer - 2nd shift. The Packer will support Distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped to the customer in a timely manner and must work closely with other team members and Supervisor to maintain work collaboration and efficiency.

  The hourly rate for this position is $17.13 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential and after 6 months of employment increases to $19.66/hour. This position is based at our Ellisville, MO facility with 2nd shift hours of 2:30pm – 11:00pm.

  What you’ll do:

  This position consists of 8 hour shifts with occasional overtime eligibility. This is a clean facility with temp-moderate work environment. Eaton offers comprehensive benefits that start on day 1 of employment. Additionally, this site offers earned vacation time after 6 months of employment.

  You will locate and select finished goods to process customer orders

  You will operate warehouse picking equipment, lift up to 50lbs. and climb ladders

  You will use RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions

  You will receive and put away product

  You will perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements

  You will ensure quality work

  You will keep your work area clean and orderly

  You will follow all safety rules and practices

  Qualifications:

  Required (Basic):

  Must be legally authorized to work in the US on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.

  No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Ellisville, MO will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

  Preferred:
