Apple is looking for a world-class Product Manager to join the worldwide business development and strategy team. This is an opportunity to initiate and drive the growth of one of the global initiatives in and launch ground-breaking new features in support of Apple’s multi-billion dollar demand generation strategy. In this role, you will help chart the strategic direction of one of our products and support execution against that long-term strategy. You will partner directly with Human Interface, Engineering, Quality and Support teams, in addition to multiple cross-functional teams across Apple, to define and deliver on a multi-year product roadmap.

  Key Qualifications

  Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, preferably managing BI tools in the sales finance space, with a proven track record of successful product launches and management

  Work experience in sales, finance or business development teams with exposure to sales finance & supply chain processes and strategies, including demand generation, pricing, sales scenario planning and sales forecasting

  Experience in analyzing large datasets using BI tools, creating predictive models, and understanding statistical methods to drive scenario planning

  Experience in leading and influencing various cross-functional teams and external partnerships to drive decisions and outcomes

  Experience building complex products with designers, engineers and data scientists in a professional environment

  Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization, with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience, including Senior Executives and Technology Leaders

  Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem solving skills, and the ability to assimilate and learn complex processes in a changing and dynamic work environment on a steep learning curve

  Experience using Agile or Kanban Software development methodologies

  Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts is a plus

  Description

  We are looking for a world-class Product Manager who has the right mix of technical, communication and business skills to lead and deliver strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include: * Lead the development, launch and evolution of business systems aimed at supporting sales finance teams in the demand generation space * Collaborate closely with sales, sales finance and business development teams to understand business needs and integrate these insights into product development * Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, including market research, product strategy, road mapping, feature definition, and go-live strategy * Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to continually innovate and improve the product * Evangelize the product vision within the department and cross-functional teams to achieve product objectives * Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, building long lasting relationships with both parties * Collaborate with DSI program management to communicate project status, resolve issues, align with department standards and ensure that high quality products are delivered on time * Analyze and research business data to propose and design solutions in collaboration with Architects, Engineers, Product Designer and Business Partner(s) * Ability to work in an agile team with a ‘hands-on’ approach * Opportunity to lead and mentor a team of product managers

  Education & Experience

  Bachelor degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Finance or related field

  At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700.00 and $241,500.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
