Apply today!General SummaryUnder the direction of the Plant Operations Manager, the person in the Product Manager position provides leadership guidance in the production and packaging of the assigned product family, while utilizing all resources (i.e. personnel, raw materials, packaging, etc.) to ensure the output of high-quality product volume in a safe and efficient volume necessary to meet customer and consumer demand while meeting business results. He/she delivers schedule attainment and other business results in the areas of safety, quality, and cost. He/she drives the continuous improvement process; identifies improvement opportunities and applies appropriate tools to improve bottom-line results and enhance the Company's competitive position. He/she develops the capabilities and competencies of employees through ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring; promotes employee engagement, empowerment, and teamwork.
