Theideal candidate for Leasing Manger will have outstanding customerservice skills and organizational abilities and be required to have astrong focus on sales and tenant relations. Leasing Manager Responsibilities: Screen and greet prospectivetenants to show property, and its features. Manage online rental paymentprocess and enter data when appropriate. Showing and listing of variousapartment units and coordinating move-in and move-out process. Work withmaintenance team by fielding service calls with a high level of customerservice. Assist in initiating maintenance calls and following up withresidents to ensure completion of service. Process applications andguide prospective tenants through the application procedure. Prepare andoversee lease renewals. Maintaining strong knowledge of competitorpricing in the residential rental market. Leasing Manager RequiredSkills and Abilities: Outstanding customer service ability and strongverbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Officeproducts, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in use ofrental management software.
