As a Product Manager you will take on a pivotal role in crafting the product experience for our client's hotels. As a seasoned Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, from designers to technical experts, to drive business growth and ensure the successful development of innovative customer experiences. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-days per week on site. The office is located near Arapaho Rd and Dallas Pkwy, in Addison, TX. If you are the perfect fit for the role, fully remote will be considered as an option.
Responsibilities:
Utilize critical thinking to identify new opportunities that enhance revenue and overall business growth.
Pinpoint customer needs (owners, Hilton Honors members, guests, partners, and Team Members) to define and prioritize impactful product features.
Research and create business cases for new product concepts, presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design in an Agile environment to deliver new features and address product issues.
Write comprehensive business requirements and ensure alignment with technical teams.
Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business demands with technical/time constraints.
Define key success metrics for products, analyze post-launch metrics, and act on emerging trends.
Requirements
Qualifications:
7-10 years of product management experience.
Bachelor degree.
Consistent record of taking ownership of projects, defining scope, and delivering results.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.
Experience working closely with developers and QA teams to build successful products.
Hospitality experience is ideal.
Experience with Airtool and Smartsheets is preferred but not necessary.
