  Job Description:

  As a Product Manager in our Sending Technology Solutions business unit, you will drive innovation leading a team in product development and go to market of new solutions. You have the entrepreneurial vision to set the business strategy, the detailed focus to execute that strategy, and the self-motivation to constantly drive growth.

  In this role, you’ll be part of our Digital Product Management team. We develop shipping and tracking solutions like PitneyShip and PitneyTrack, ParcelPoint smart lockers, and the reporting and insights solution PitneyAnalytics. All of our offerings are built on our modern Shipping 360 digital platform and are focused on reducing the complexity of sending and receiving parcels and mail for our clients.

  You will:

  Set the strategic direction for your businesses in the digital products portfolio

  Work closely with engineering to bring new, cloud-enabled, hardware and software products to market

  Nurture partnerships with major parcel carriers and retailers

  Maintain and execute on a detailed product vision and roadmap

  Lead the definition of product requirements and development strategy with engineering directors and user experience architects

  Maintain a strong understanding of relevant markets, customer needs and competitive offerings to manage a rapidly growing business and identify new profitable market opportunities

  Manage relationships with key hardware and software vendors

  Manage full product lifecycle profitability (Gross Profit / EBIT), including pricing strategy

  Utilize client insights to drive product innovation

  Develop business case and hold P&L ownership

  Your Background:

  5+ years of experience with integrated hardware-software-cloud products

  3+ years of experience in Product Management

  Domain knowledge in self-service kiosks, shipping software, parcel carriers, or similar field

  Well versed in Agile / Scrum development methodologies

  Experience utilizing Jira, aha or similar tools

  Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand broad concepts, identify connection points and gaps, and establish product strategies that align with the broader business vision

  Experience leading global teams and driving projects to successful conclusions

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, negotiation, and an ability to develop lasting internal and external partnerships

  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business highly desirable, MBA preferable

  The wage range for this position is $115,000 to $160,000/yr with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

  This position is eligible to earn an annual incentive bonus.
