The Product Management Manager for Cytiva is responsible for development and use of a set of software tools to improve the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Quotations, Orders and Order Changes. that drive significant impact to the organization.>
This position is part of the Modality located in Shanghai and will be on-site At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Drug Pipeline Management
Cover late phase pipelines of various applications (mainly antibody). Identify pipeline movement progress and summarize resin design-in / design-out status.
Build and optimize resin consumption rate model for top accounts by pipelines. Generate corresponding annual demand forecast.
Track target customers and pipelines. Seek potential opportunities and secure risky pipelines.
Develop the understanding of the purchase and process change of customers. Identify customers’ potential operational issues and challenges.
Promote key initiatives and follow up.
Collaborate with cross teams to improve visibility of early phase pipeline penetration.
Create and win sales opportunities for resin products in a list of named accounts.
Product & Market Management
Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to the product/solutions/services.
Be able to differentiate Cytiva’s product/solution offerings, convey compelling value propositions, lead the opportunity, qualify the customer needs, develop and present solutions proposals and respond to customers’ clinical/process questions in order to successfully close technical/solution sales.
Differentiate assigned product offering during the various stages of the sales process, effectively using Cytiva resources and approved product marketing and product promotion material to actively support the customer through their decision-making process towards a successful outcome for Cytiva.
Financial Performance Achievement
Is accountable to achieve product/solutions orders and sales OP target for assigned account/territory.
Forecast orders and sales within the applicable sales funnel tools and reports for the products/solutions in the assigned territory/account.
Compliance
Adhere to and uphold highest standards of compliance to relevant international and local regulatory.
Adhere to all applicable Cytiva and Cytiva compliance policies, codes and training requirements.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
