Description:

　　Program Delivery Engineer Join our team, Product Excellence and Human Factors Engineering, and be the voice of the customer. We use customer data to guide us in developing vehicles that resonate with the customer while building brand trust. This job is a challenging, high visibility opportunity that needs the right skill mix to work on high priority projects that will support program implementation. You will be responsible for synthesizing the attributes in our department to meet the program deliverables concurrently with our attribute requirements. You will be integral in the up-front development as well as the downstream vehicle testing. This job combines both hands on and theoretical work. You will be a connection point for many different parts of the company including Vehicle Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Connectivity, Functional Engineering. Because of your multiple touch points across the internal team, you must have extreme empathy and be able to link opposing parties to uncover the win-win solution for the customer.
