We're looking for a strong problem solver, equipped with analytical and quantitative skills suited to approach various kinds of challenges. Background :
3+ years of relevant experience in a data analytics role
Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making
Be able to write complex SQL queries.
Ad-hoc analysis of abstract customer cases / business question
A/B testing
Previous experience with KPI creation: Defying and creating the logic, processing the data to allow team to report on the KPI, previous experience creating operational functional metrics
End-to-end experience with data, including querying, aggregation and analysis
Excellent communications skills, with the ability to synthesize, simplify and explain complex problems to different types of audience, including executives
Ability to translate high-level business objectives into actions
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Nice to have a degree or equivalent experience in Statistics
