This role is 100% remote*, based out of our Headquarters in Bothell, WA. Must be able to start work at 7 am PST or earlier. This is a great opportunity for someone whose ultimate goal is to get into outside Med device sales. *Must be able to travel to our office in Bothell on occasion for trainings, meetings, etc.The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving warranty solutions to our existing customer base for Verathon's BladderScan and GlideScope medical devices, with a secondary responsibility of selling devices to facilities that are not targeted by our outside sales force.ResponsibilitiesChampion quarterly sales quotas by actively promoting Verathon's products and services in designated territories and healthcare marketsManage business pipeline and provide accurate forecastsMake 30+ outbound calls and emails per dayNavigate through organizations of all sizesFarm the installed base for warranty salesPartner with field sales team to drive winning solutions within the assigned geographyCombat and overcome customer objections utilizing product knowledge, negotiating skills, and a keen ear for unspoken obstaclesBuild and maintain a high level of integrity and trust for specific products and the Verathon brand at the customer levelOccasional on-site customer visits to consult and sell Verathon productsManage customer records in CRM Salesforce.comQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredHigh energy and self-motivatedPassion for sales and providing a high level of service to client base, while achieving personal success1+ years of sales experience; B2B is preferredDynamic personality with a positive attitude that customers can genuinely feel over the phoneExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to perform and remain focused in a highly active and demanding sales environmentStrong computer skills including MS OfficeEffective time management, organization, and commitment to the Verathon sales processWilling and able to learn and follow FDA, GMP, and ISO regulationsCompensation and BenefitsBase Salary: $50,000 ($24.04/hr)Commission: $45,000 (Actual commission may be lower or higher depending on quota attainment.
