　　What you get in this role:

　　We are seeking a motivated Solicitor with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic legal team supporting ServiceNow's rapidly growing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning teams. You will have a significant role in advising business teams and senior leaders on global compliance and regulatory requirements and be a key stakeholder as we expand our product offerings around the world. A key partner with the ServiceNow Research and our EU Government Relations team.

　　Qualifications

　　To be successful in this role you have:Qualified to practice as a solicitor in Europe.University legal degree with strong academic credentials.3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company advising clients in the full range of product development matters.Experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions and handling complex IP-related legal issues.Experience working in privacy, AI/ML or intellectual property matters, including knowledge of emerging AI regulations.A very strong orientation as a team-player and a bias for sharing information.A self-starter able to prioritize workload to set goals and meet deadlines in a fluctuating and sometimes ambiguous environment.Additional Information
