Your role:

Support to identify CR (change request) activities for procurement, make sure 100% ECN, IR/SL implement well.

Edit ECN, send ECN to supplier, and upload signed ECN to windchill system.

Inquiry price according to CR requirement.

Support SAP IR/SL maintenance, fill IR templet.

Download PDP/ CDP according to procurement task requirement.

Support LCM/NPI activities such as suppliers or any parts information collection. Communicate with suppliers according to task requirement.

Internal communication for better understanding the requirements and needs for cross function.

Support document upload or download in system in case of urgency.

Purchase data collection and editing (report) according to procurement requirement.

You're the right fit if:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher

Proficient in English, including excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills

Available to work 3-5 days per week, with a minim​
