　　Description

　　Job Duties and Essential Functions:

　　Monitor the procurement ticketing system. As tickets come in, you will be responsible for making updates to the Esker System.

　　Lead Buyer for all Amazon ordering within Esker On Demand. Monitor the purchasing email for Amazon purchase requests for all locations.

　　When questions or issues occur within Esker, the administrator will be required to troubleshoot the topic for procurement and AP personnel.

　　Timely monitor office supplies to ensure that the stock is always current.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Familiarity with Procure to Pay systems from an administrative perspective (handlingdata).

　　1 - 2 years of purchasing experience.

　　Ability to work with multiple teams/stakeholders at once.

　　Salary Range : 55,000 - 60,000K / Annually
