What you'll do

Tasks:

Support in preparation, alignment, and coordination of various strategic enablement and learning topics for deal support colleagues

Support in elaboration of executive presentations

Assist in preparing information and research materials

Support in data analysis related to commercial finance/deal support

Support in creating, updating and administrating enablement materials with different platforms and tools

Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports

Manage databases and input information, data, and records

Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms; update company calendars

Attend company functions and networking events

Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences related to Economics, Business, Management

Computer skills: Excellent usage of tools for executive presentations, Excel and ability to work with Microsoft Products.

Language skills: fluent in English, any additional language is a plus

Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative, working in an agile environment, able to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to completion
