　　By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM, in a hybrid setup, 2 or 3 times at the Accenture offices every 3 months.

　　How you’ll make an impact:

　　Proactively manage internal global process documentation;

　　Responsible with incorporating process changes into the operation procedures, conducting process improvements and training the service delivery organization;

　　Work closely with Accenture Global Process Owners & clients on all business process related matters;

　　Manages change effectively (operationalize the global changes, prepare and introduce the impact assessment);

　　Work with respective team leads in addressing process escalation, where needed;

　　Responsibilities may include the development and execution of demand management processing, facilitating project governance and reporting.

　　Skills that make your work successful:

　　You have at least B2 English language knowledge - this role requires a confident communicator and team player with robust interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude;

　　A minimum of 3 years of experience in required field;

　　Stakeholder and project management experience;

　　Excellent accuracy and attention to detail;

　　You are client friendly and insightful, oriented towards finding solutions.
