The coordinator for student success in the Whitman Undergraduate Program will be responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of the Undergraduate Office. Primary responsibilities include providing first-level support to Whitman undergraduate students including greeting and triaging all office visitors and phone calls (students, faculty, staff, parents, and visitors). Interacts in-person, on the phone, and through email with a wide variety of constituents. The position also supports the office and work of the professional advisors and Assistant Dean through administrative tasks and duties.
