　　The Back-up Samples Operator will fill in for the current Samples Operator during their absence or if there is a need for additional Sample production based on customer demands. When acting in this role they will work with the Production Coordinator to produce sample products per specifications.

　　o Ability to produce a quality product

　　o Ability to produce a product that meets customer specifications and approval

　　o Excellent Communication skills

　　o Detail-oriented

　　o Ability to think outside the box on new designs

　　o Knowledge of all sewing operations in felt, woven, and glass.

　　o Telnet/ Oracle knowledge

　　o Proficient in using a tape measure

　　o Ability to use Microsoft Word/ Excel
