　　Your Focus

　　As Process Excellence Analyst at our Finance Shared Service Center in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible for handling the entire BI system and focus on leveraging Power BI for smart, real-time decisions. Your will deliver business intelligence services, lead BI software development, present Power BI reports and perform the Predictive module in Python. You will also transform raw data into cohesive, valuable reports that capture meaningful business insights.

　　How you will contribute

　　Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholders’ needs.

　　Gather and understand business requirements for data visualization and analysis.

　　Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes.

　　Create complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis.

　　Ensure data security and compliance with best practices.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power BI reports.

　　Provide training and support to end users on using Power BI.

　　Keep up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and trends.

　　Perform Data Analyst role to perform predictive modules in Python.

　　Identify automation opportunities and develop tools in Python.

　　Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.

　　Perform statistical analysis to run forecast module and develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings.

　　Work with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data.

　　Create dashboards and automated reports to monitor key performance indicators.

　　Continuously improve processes and systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting.

　　Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

　　Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

　　What you will need to be successful

　　Essential Skills

　　Data Extraction (ETL): SQL – Joins, Nested queries, relational database.

　　Python Libraries - Pandas, Scikit-learn,SciPy, Numpy, Matplotlib.

　　Data Reporting: Power BI, creating storyboards, Dashboards, Filters etc.

　　M/L Algorithms – Logistic/Linear Regression, Random Forest, Decision Trees, XG Boost.

　　Project Management and tracking KPI deliverables.

　　Essential Experience / Qualifications

　　Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or any other relevant discipline.

　　Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in BI tools or any data-specific roles.

　　Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation.

　　Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts.

　　Experience with SQL for data manipulation and extraction.

　　Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations.

　　Familiarity with data warehouse concepts.

　　Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

　　Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

　　Adaptability to changing business requirements.

　　Power BI certifications are a plus.

　　Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc).

　　Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).

　　Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Expert in the usage of Seborn, Panda, and NumPy packages.

　　Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

　　Knowledge on machine learning models such as Linear Regression, Random Forest regression, and Decision Tree.

　　Knowledge on SharePoint Development, Power apps, VBA Excel Macro & Snowflake environment to perform SQL operations and maintain extracted data will be an added advantage.
