Job Title: PRN CT Technologist 

　　Location: North Scottsdale, AZ  

　　Compensation: Hourly Rate Depending on Experience  

　　Employment Type: Part-Time

　　Schedule: PRN during clinic hours of Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

　　General Description 

　　Provides quality care to the patients receiving Interventional Radiology procedures, under the direct and indirect supervision of the qualified Medical Provider. The PRN CT Technologist will work closely with the surgical team to operate the machinery for interventional radiology procedures and imaging. 　　Essential Job duties 

　　Perform diagnostic/therapeutic procedures by operating CT machinery under the direction of a radiologist  

　　Act as a resource to patients and staff for additional perspective and education regarding CT processes and options 

　　Administer contrast materials as needed and be able to assist in intervention in the event of an emergency response 

　　Work closely with physicians and medical staff to maintain exceptional and precise care throughout each procedure 

　　Assist patients into positions using safe patient handling techniques and equipment  

　　Evaluate equipment for quality assurance and contact service for repairs/maintenance as needed 

　　Document all quality control testing according to department protocol. 

　　Other duties as assigned 

　　Minimum qualifications 

　　Current RT(R) and (CT) certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) 

　　Current Arizona Medical Radiologic Technologist licensure (MRT) in Radiography (CRT) and Computed Tomography (CTCT) 

　　Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification 

　　Preferred qualifications 

　　Previous experience in interventional radiology  

　　2+ years of CT experience
