Here’s Where You Come In
Our Private Client Team group is currently seeking an Account Executive to provide insurance and risk management consultation for high net worth clients.
Manages an assigned book of high-net worth personal insurance clients with personal insurance portfolios of varying size and complexity.
Work to establish and grow substantive relationships with existing clients to deliver an excellent client experience.
Work with Commercial Insurance colleagues, as appropriate, to meet client needs and service expectations.
Schedules and conducts face to face & virtual meetings with clients for annual reviews. Reviews will analyze and evaluate clients’ current insurance and providing feedback and suggestions on program improvement.
Achieves assigned annual financial metrics focused on retention.
Understands carrier underwriting appetite and effectively use rating software to market accounts with various carriers prepare and present proposals, as needed.
Reviewing accurate information on all clients by documenting EPIC and updating client information in our agency management system accordingly.
Additional responsibilities will include cross sell initiatives into your managed book of business as well as on an individual basis.
Expected to work out of Eugene, OR Office at least two days a week.
You’re Great At
At least 3-7 years of experience in related position
Understanding of the Private Client marketplace
A Property & Casualty Insurance license
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Insurance designation preferred (CPRIA, CPCU, ARM, CIC)
EPIC experience preferred
