　　Belcan is looking for a Project Engineer, skilled in various engineering disciplines including design, manufacturing, and quality, to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This position involves on-site work at a prominent aerospace client and demands a strong background in engineering project management.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Act as a key team member on aerospace engineering projects, ensuring client needs are met effectively.

　　Lead phases of engineering work, including planning, scheduling, and coordination across different groups.

　　Solve complex engineering problems and contribute to innovative solutions.

　　Develop new approaches and techniques in engineering, adapting to the dynamic requirements of the field.

　　Communicate effectively with technical specialists, engineering counterparts, and clients.

　　Manage and update engineering documentation and work instructions.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor"s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.

　　2+ years of engineering experience, with a preference for background in gas turbine engines or turbomachinery.

　　Skilled with CAD/3D Modeling, ideally with NX.

　　Experience with G & M programming / CNC programming desired.

　　Proven ability to handle complex engineering tasks and lead sub-projects.

　　Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

　　US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
