Participate in daily huddles to review primary and backup assignment; address any issues with the web portals or EPIC

　　Support multiple sub-sections in brain health via alpha splits and pods

　　Communicate with the section, send notices for any missing information needed for approval

　　Call patients regarding issues where insurance is no longer active or changes

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Brain health experience in pre-certification is very relevant to the role; EPIC is the current EMR used
