Description

　　Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk on a short-term contract / temporary basis to become an integral part of a rapidly growing team at a well-respected Healthcare provider. The Accounts Payable Clerk will largely focus on processing incoming invoices for payment by matching, batching, and coding invoices. An individual in this position will need a high aptitude for computer software, be mindful of details and a self-motivator. Based out of the Cincinnati, Ohio area, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a short-term contract / temporary opening.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis

　　Execute additional tasks as needed

　　Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling

　　Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them

　　Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies

　　Assist with internal and external audits as needed

　　Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

　　Requirements - AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　1+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

　　Experience with Invoice

　　Proven knowledge of Invoice Processing

　　Enter Invoices experience

　　Knowledge of data entry

　　Proficiency in numeric data entry

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
