　　Will be expected to walk floor regularly and conduct hourly reports

　　Evaluating and auditing processes and contamination

　　Coaching and critiquing all violations of health/safety/and quality guidelines established by FDA

　　Largely will work on own pace without direct management

　　Preferred Skills

　　Previous USDA experience

　　Food safety and quality experience

　　Computer literacy
