If you would like to work with a highly skilled workforce to achieve unique and challenging goals that critically impact our environment and community, this is your chance to be a part of our legacy!The CPCCo Business Services team is seeking a self-directed and well-organized Prime Contract Administrator.A day in the life of a Prime Contract Administrator involves, but is not limited to:* Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.* Prime contract requirements management and education with organizations across company.* Act as interpretative authority on the contract along with the legal department.* Act as advisor on contractual issues and communicate company risk across various functions as necessary.* Support the Business Services organization in assuring contract requirement compliance and meeting customer expectations.* Support the development of proposals and facilitate proposal status meetings.* Ability to provide guidance on matters related to FAR interpretations, cost principles, and specific contract reporting issues.* Ability to interface with Contracting Officers in the administration of prime contracts.* Ability to interact with senior organizational leaders to advise of risk, mitigation strategies, and propose solutions to complex contractual issues.* Support to internal and external assessments and audits as necessary.* Ability to address contracting issues through resolution.* Set high standards of performance for self and others.* Self-driven, highly organized and disciplined.* Adhere to highest standards of ethical business conduct.* Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and plan resolution of emerging issues/changes.* Ability to handle sensitive or Official Use Only information.* Provide timely guidance and feedback to help others strengthen knowledge, accomplish tasks, or solve problems.Basic Qualifications* Career Level Grade 16: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 5 or more years of relevant experience.* Senior Level Grade 18: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 8 or more years of relevant experience.The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact.
