　　Job Title: Regional Senior Project Manager

　　Opportunity Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial concrete projects within a specific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The candidate should also have strong data analysis and financial management skills to drive data-driven decision making and ensure the financial success of the projects.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

　　Manage project teams, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.

　　Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.

　　Identify and mitigate project risks.

　　Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

　　Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project success.

　　Analyze project data to drive data-driven decision making.

　　Manage project finances, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in a related field.

　　7+ years of experience in project management.

　　Strong leadership and team management skills.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

　　Proficiency in project management software.

　　Strong data analysis and financial management skills.

　　PMP certification is a plus.
