　　Responsibilities

　　Generate journal entries to accurately record monthly activity.

　　Process invoices/debit memos, ensuring adherence to approved expense authorization levels.

　　Conduct general ledger account analysis as assigned.

　　Handle various payment methods, including manual checks, ACH's, Virtual Credit Card, Physical Credit Card, and Wire Payments.

　　Actively participate in month-end closing processes.

　　Uphold a positive customer service approach in interactions with operations, the customer contact center, and other internal departments.

　　Assist in posting transactions to general ledgers and perform additional clerical functions like filing, scanning, or research as needed.

　　Oversee and manage special projects and analysis tasks.

　　Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or a related field.

　　Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Finance/Accounting within a large company environment.

　　Knowledgeable in general accounting principles and procedures.

　　Experience with JD Edwards accounting software or other large ERP Systems.
