  Description

  POSITION PURPOSE:

  The purpose of this role is to support all contracted pricing activities within PDI healthcare

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

  Pricing Inquiries HC

  Collaboration with our distributor and GPO partners to resolve pricing inquiries. Drive root cause analysis, and error prevention solutions around our central membership processes and pricing in order to facilitate effective policies and procedures that will deliver sustainable resultsPricing Activation

  Manage GPOs activation (Vizient, Premier, Amerinet, HPG) daily to allocate facilities to correct contract tiers based on spend and Sales team overview

  Keep track of the daily pricing request per day to keep records of the volume and request sent from distributors on a timely fashion.

  Provide volume analysis to Finance and Sales Management to assist with approval process

  Maintenance of all GPO / IDN customer affiliations, activations, alignment to appropriate contractual price tiers

  System Support

  Manage database of all GPO inquiries approved by the team and upload to contract system

  Pricing Support Sani Professional

  Assist Sani Professional team with all contract and pricing inquires including:

  Support Sales team with Promo inquiries

  Add and edit contracts and promos in the contract system

  Run contract reports as needed

  PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:

  Ensure all duties are performed within specified timelineQUALIFICATIONS

  EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

  Bachelor's Degree requiredREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

  General understanding of the end-to-end commercial contract operations management

  Proficient technical skills in MS Excel solutions

  EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  2+ years’ experience in commercial contract operations and/or related areasSKILLS/ABILITIES:

  Ability to plan, organize, and manage a variable work load and meet schedules with accurate resultsWORKING CONDITIONS:

  No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditionsSALARY RANGE:

  $60,000 - $68,000 annuallyBENEFITS:
