　　Recruitment Specialist

　　Arc of Onondaga is looking for a creative and motivated professional to join the Human Resources team as a Recruitment Specialist.

　　In this role, you will develop, coordinate, and implement marketing and recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants. You will also utilize traditional sourcing strategies while developing new, creative ideas to enhance recruitment of candidates. The Recruitment Specialist will also provide guidance and consultation services to managers, staff and potential candidates.

　　Preferred Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor's Degree in human resources, marketing, or human services

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience in either recruitment or marketing OR 2 years of experience within an OPWDD organization

　　Combination of education and experience which, in the judgement of the employer, equals above standards

　　A valid NYS driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier
