　　What you will do

　　Provide analysis and insights related to sales channel performance, customer and market trends, and other internal and external factors that may impact Key Accounts, Shared Services Organizations (SSO) and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO).Design, implement, and maintain customized reports capturing contract sales performance and Dynamic Margin Analysis to support the business.Enhance current pricing structure and operations to optimize sales outcomes.Engage and collaborate with commercial teams in the design of Value-Add structures, language, and execution as well as scoping product mix and pricing for RFPs and Special Pricing initiatives.Present thorough profitability analysis with financial forecast, to senior commercial leaders, Director of Finance, Legal Counsel and collect their approvals for RFP submissions, and contract amendments.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.Support the sales, marketing managers and Business Unit Leaders with ad-hoc analysis and dashboards (pricing, market data, financial customer performance).Work with proposal specialists and marketing to provide profitability analysis on all proposal submissions, contract extensions and amendments.Provide analysis to facilitate the review of current performance vs. operational expectations.

　　What you need

　　Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business/Finance/Math/Statistics required, MBA preferred. 2+ years of data analysis and reporting experience required, pricing experience preferred.Experience with Excel required, SAP and Oracle preferred. Scripting experience in Python and/or 'R' is an asset.Bilingual in English and French preferred.
