　　Position Overview:

　　As a Preventative Maintenance Associate with a willingness to learn maintenance tasks, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, as well as assisting in basic maintenance activities as needed. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with limited maintenance knowledge but a strong desire to acquire new skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

　　What we want you to own in this role:

　　Order Fulfillment:Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

　　Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are processed correctly.

　　Assist in inventory management and cycle counting.

　　Shipping and Receiving:Prepare shipments for carriers, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

　　Receive and inspect incoming shipments, reporting any discrepancies.

　　Basic Maintenance Support:Learn and assist with basic maintenance tasks such as equipment cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.

　　Collaborate with maintenance team members to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

　　Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

　　Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.

　　Team Collaboration:Work closely with colleagues in the distribution center to ensure a smooth workflow.

　　Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

　　Continuous Learning:Willingness to learn and acquire new maintenance skills through on-the-job training and development opportunities.

　　Participate in relevant training programs as offered by the company.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Familiarity with basic computer skills, including MS Office and inventory management software.

　　Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training will be provided if necessary)

　　Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

　　Physical Requirements

　　Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

　　Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.

　　Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures

　　As of 01/01/2024, the expected hourly compensation range for this position is $20.50 to 21.00 USD. Actual pay within this range will be based upon several factors, including without limitation education, work experience, certifications, geographic pay differentials, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs. The Company anticipates that the reasonably expected salary for this position could change in the future and, therefore, the Company retains the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for the position for various reasons, including the Company’s business needs.
