　　Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour; 19 hours per week.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Some knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Good knowledge of financial record keeping methods.Experience in cashiering, banking or related bookkeeping, using Microsoft Excel, researching and compiling financial info and preparing summaries and reports, and using personal computers to input, retrieve, edit, and analyze financial data.Preferred Qualifications:

　　Associate Degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university.One or more years of good working experience with banking, bookkeeping, reconciliation of accounting and banking records. Some Working experience with EXCEL will be needed to be successful in this position.The employee is responsible for recording, editing, reviewing, and analysis of deposit information, working with cashiering of student payments and other types of receipts. This position will work directly with the Senior Financial Technician in carrying out all treasury management responsibilities.Demonstrated history of working in a medium size office setting.Ability to work independently and in a team setting.Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for daily recording of cash transactions.Responsible to front desk cashiering at the cashier's window at the Controller's Office.Preparing bank deposits and change orders.Review all banking transactions using on-line access to prepare cash receipts for accounting system.Reconciling Cash On Hand and Cash Boxes across campus.Updating EXCEL tracking of banking records.Assists the Controller's Office with other assigned tasks.Application Procedure: Please upload all of the following documents.
