(1) 2nd Shift 2:30om-11:00pm (Can stay as late as 1:00am for Overtime) *Trains on 2nd Shift *

Freudenberg is a company that does rubber parts for the aerospace industry. They have a lot of injection molding machines and hot presses to make the parts. This is an ITAR facility.
Press Operators
Duties they will train:
Molds parts according to written specifications provided.
Removes the parts, cleans the tool, loads the press with materials for the new cycle, inspects the molded parts frequently, and places product in the manufacturing tote boxes.
Operates the presses in an efficient and timely manner, meeting quality and quantity requirements.
Should mold at a rate consistent to the standard production level or better.
The quality of the parts produced should compare with standards exhibited in performance by department personnel and customer needs.
Provides accurate production information
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Freudenberg is looking for motivated people to work in for their company.
They are open to having people with no previous experience as long as they are willing to learn their trade and work hard.
English is not required, most managers are Spanish speaking, but OK with all cultural backgrounds.

They have a place for everything they have from products to office supplies.
The machines could get pretty hot but they have AC units working at all times so the facility doesn't get too hot.
This is an ITAR facility.
