JOB REQUIREMENTS: Previews job order and inspects incoming job. Enterjob information into computer system at start and end of each job. Setsup and loads proper job stock into laminator to achieve \"run/start\"status and job approval from QC. Begins run, adjusting speed, tension,and alignment of printing material. Monitors the quality of laminatedmaterials. Cuts sample of laminated material from the end of laminatedroll and inspects for imperfections and documents results. Verify thatpaper and ink meet the specifications for a given job. Examine joborders to determine quantities to be printed, stock specifications,colors, or special printing instructions. Collect and inspect randomsamples during print runs to identify any necessary adjustments. Cleanink fountains, plates, or printing unit cylinders when press runs arecompleted. Change press plates, blankets, or cylinders, as required.***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years flexographicpress experience and or successful completion of company trainingprogram; or equivalent of experience and training.
