　　NJDOE P-3 Certification required

　　2nd certification/endorsement in one of the following areas:

　　Teacher of students with disabilities/Teacher of the handicapped

　　Bilingual education/English as a second

　　language

　　Qualifications:

　　3 years of recent teaching at the Pre-K level;

　　Experience modifying instruction for students with IEPs;

　　Experience in implementing developmentally appropriate Preschool curricula - HighScope preferred;

　　Experience with a range of appropriate early childhood assessment tools;

　　Experience providing professional development

　　Effective interpersonal skills;

　　Ability to collect and analyze data;

　　Strong planning, time management & organizational skills
