As a Practice Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking to enhance their life quality. Beyond this, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth functioning of the practice by managing essential aspects like scheduling, and communication protocols. Your work will directly reflect our commitment to provide the highest standard of care to our clients and uphold the integrity of our office.
Your roles and responsibilities would include communications management, overseeing office management tasks (supplies, community activities, website, posts) and collaborating with the administrative team on operational enhancements. You should be patient, understanding, and be capable of approaching every interaction with care. We expect full cross-training with other administrative roles, alongside managing mails, verifying benefits, handling inquiries, and more.
This is a permanent Monday to Friday role, on site from 10 AM to 6 PM. Every communication, interaction, and task completed by you will form the backbone of our day-to-day operations.

Experience with Verify Insurance Coverage
Earlier work involving Insurance Verifications

Good understanding of Medical Insurance Billing
Revenue Cycle Processes experience desired
Mail distribution experience preferred
Background working with insurance referrals and verifications
General familiarity with insurance claims
Prior experience with Maintain Office Supplies
Patient Insurance experience highly valued
Demonstrated knowledge of Insurance Billing
Previous experience working with Medical Insurance Verification
Revenue Cycle Processes experience
Adeptness in Insurance Authorization
Hands-on experience with Claim Denials
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred in a healthcare practice setting
Ability to use the internet for research
