　　Position Overview

　　As a Power Scheduler, you will be responsible for submitting/verifyingbids & offers, monitoring, and providing analysis for Invenergy\'s wind,solar, energy storage, and natural gas generation fleet.

　　Responsibilities

　　Bidding projects into power markets and making dispatchcommunications to internal and external stakeholdersAnalyzing market data to look for opportunities in the markets andoptimize project valueWork closely with Day Ahead Power Traders and Gas Trading Manager toensure proper DA (Day Ahead) to RT (Real Time) handoffAssisting others in 24-hour control center with monitoringInvenergy\'s Fleet, outage scheduling, and communications with powermarkets, off-takers, and generating sitesMaintain detailed records regarding real-time desk operations tohelp ensure compliance.Position will be on a rotating shift that will require the person towork nights, weekends, and holidaysRequired Skills

　　Bachelors Degree in a field that demonstrates strong analytical andtechnical skillsOr Associates degree with 2 years of relevant work experienceStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively ina team environment.Problem solving and critical thinkingAbility to become certified as a system operator in the PJM powermarket within 6 months of employmentAbility to adapt to a changing environment and handle multipleprioritiesPreferred Skills

　　Experience with Excel and writing macros a plusExperience with PowerBI and SQL a plusExperience in power markets such as ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, SPP, or MISOa plusBenefits
