Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 15 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI and TSQL with a strong understanding of data models. The individual has strong knowledge of report rationalization. Understand report structure build on PBI and reverse engineer layout data model and ingestion data flow

Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions using Power BI and TSQL. Oversee the development of data models to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for data solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes. Ensure data integrity and security across all data solutions. Optimize data solutions for performance and scalability. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and analytics. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data architecture practices and processes. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Must have extensive experience with Power BI and TSQL. Should have a strong understanding of data models and their implementation. Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Should have experience in optimizing data solutions for performance. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Should have strong communication and collaboration skills. Certifications Required Certified Power BI Professional Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate #LI-NC1

The annual salary for this position is between $119,000 - $161,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
