  How You Will Make an Impact:

  The Senior IT Field Service Technician is an integral part of the Technology Team who will oversee the technical success of our production communications environment in the Permian Basin.

  Must have at least five years of real-world experience designing and administering various network topologies. Must be a fast learner who has substantial Cisco Meraki expertise. Must be comfortable working in both a manufacturing environment outdoors and office environments. You will maintain and support the communications networks across the Dune Express conveyor system. You will assist with Infrastructure projects. Additionally, provide backup support to other OT Infrastructure roles.

  Expectations:

  Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, time management, organizational and planning processes.

  Demonstrate strong project management skills.

  Manage and maintain Technology groups' asset inventory.

  Must be willing and able to work flexible hours to provide 24x7 support and participate in an on-call environment to meet business continuity requirements, including weekends and holidays as required.

  Qualifications:

  5 years’ experience with Operating Systems, Virtualization, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, SQL Servers, client-server and terminal virtualization as a System Administrator

  Technical Degree or 5-8 years experience

  Experience working in an industrial environment.

  Knowledge/Experience with regulatory frameworks in the OT space

  Knowledge/Experience with Industry security frameworks.

  Knowledge/Experience with cybersecurity technologies in an industrial environment.

  Knowledge of SCADA environments/technologies.

  Experience designing, developing, and deploying infrastructure in an enterprise environment.

  Experience with enterprise-level systems and infrastructure.

  Knowledge/Experience with VMware, MS Server, and Active Directory.

  Experience working with enterprise security solutions.

  Responsibilities:

  Interfacing with service providers and vendors to get proper equipment, supplies, and services to support operations.

  Work with team members to complete multi-staged projects and troubleshoot issues at multiple locations.

  Maintain strong customer relationships.

  Customer service, including attentive and active listening with management, employees, vendors, and customers.

  Ability to connect with business partners from different backgrounds and technical abilities.

  Must multitask efficiently in a high-energy environment.

  Must have a friendly and supportive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mindset.

  Team player, hands-on attitude, willingness to be actively involved.

  Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  Time management, organizational, and planning processes

  Utilize project management tools.

  Must work well with ambiguity; tasks will not always be routine.

  Must be willing and able to accept new tasks as assigned.

  Willingness to travel among locations on the Dune express.

  Must demonstrate and exercise good verbal and written communication skills in English.

  Must be skilled at documenting processes and procedures.

  Lead and/or support the development of the organization's infrastructure strategy architecture, service delivery standards, and best practices.

  Lead and/or support the implementation of OT infrastructure standards and best practices across all site OT and Process Automation platforms, working with other process automation engineers, IT, and OT professionals.

  Lead and/or support the evaluation, installation, and maintenance of production infrastructure.

  Execute computer system validation and control system lifecycle management.

  Provide end-user support via ticketing system, phone, and direct request.
