Participate in the design and evaluation of research studies in development of cancer therapeutics based on viral vectors. The activities include cloning, cell culture, virus amplification/purification, viral vector design and construction, in vitro and in vivo analyses of the products based on various molecular biology techniques for evaluation of developed therapeutics, and also collection and data analyses; reports and publication of findings. (40%) 2. Develop of research ideas, projects and study protocols. Participate in weekly lab meeting with PI. (30%) 3. Generate relevant and novel research ideas for grant applications. Manuscript writing and submission to scientific journals. (30%) Qualifications Required Qualifications: - PhD or equivalent in Biological sciences with a specialization in development of cancer therapeutics and/or gene therapy approaches. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in molecular cloning, viral vector generation, cancer stem cells, cancer immunotherapy, flow cytometry and mouse studies.
