We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Platform Relations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have several years of growth marketing, community, or developer relations (DevRel) experience, preferably working with enterprise companies. This role requires a strong business acumen and a deep understanding of developer relations or talent operations processes.

Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Several years of experience in growth marketing, community management, or DevRel, with a focus on enterprise companies.

Strong business acumen and understanding of developer relations or talent operations processes.

Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Superior written and verbal communication abilities.

Proven track record of high achievement.

Basic understanding of the software development cycle and current technology trends.

Strong customer (talent and members) focus.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Experience in hiring and managing a team of freelancers and/or employees.
