　　Van Duyn Center is looking for a Maintenance Technicians for 2nd Shift (evening) & 3rd Shift (Overnight)

　　(Training occurs on 1st shift before moving to off shift hours for the position)

　　Company Overview: Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 513-bed skilled Nursing facility atop Onondaga Hill in Syracuse, NY. The Van Duyn team is committed to providing quality care and diversified services with a professional team of caregivers.

　　Duties/Responsibilities • Assist with general maintenance of the facility building and grounds• Performs preventative maintenance services for equipment• Tours and inspects the building/facility for safety concerns• Prepare surfaces for painting. • Paint and tile areas as assigned by the Director• Provide remodeling/renovation as required• Assist other maintenance staff as needed• Snow removal during the winter season and lawn care other seasons• Assist in outside errands for the facility• Tours and inspects the building for safety concerns• Performs preventive maintenance services for equipment needs

　　Requirements/Qualifications: • Knowledge of maintenance procedures and guidelines• Basic knowledge of maintenance techniques and tools• Must be a team player
