　　Amazon Device is currently working with OEM suppliers in Asia and has established an operations team in Asia to support new product builds, product ramp, supply availability and competitive sourcing activities.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　This role will be a key interface for all activities related to Order Management from Production Forecasts to Delivery including day to day communication, very close cooperation with cross function teams and management of the OEM partner as it relates to order fulfillment and scheduling.

　　Facilitate Production simulation to support Build Decision and Production Forecast update;

　　Work out Master Production Schedules and the corresponding Available to Ship Schedules;

　　Build Plan management, mornitor assigned programs’ build plans to best support Production Forecast;

　　Purchase Order Management, Monitor PO readiness to the CM, manage shipment commitments from CM; Under supply interruption, work with cross function team to come up with the best delivery schedule and ATS plan;

　　Daily monitor CM production, understand overall production status vs Production Forecast in the factory;

　　Act as the primary liaison between the CM and downstream team, US planning team, perform timely escalation for their programs’ shipment interruptions. Monitor and manage OTD performance.

　　About the team

　　The overall responsibility of this role is to balance product supply to consumer demand, ensuring we have the right products in the right place at the right time while enabling the factory to operate efficiently and effectively.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor degree holder;

　　Minimum 6 years of working experience in supply chain, of which a minimum of 23 years of planning equivalent experience.

　　Good data analytical skills and attention to details;

　　Good communication/presentation skill (written and verbal in both Mandarin and English);

　　Experienced user of MS Office, specifically Excel;

　　Self-driven, able to work independently with little supervision;

　　Highly organized, being able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

　　This role requires some travel.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Master degree/higher level education;

　　Experience in OEM business, CE industry;

　　Experience with LEAN manufacturing;

　　Experience on Order fulfillment, Production Planning and Project Management;

　　Experience on tableau report, data programing, SQL, etc.
